Episode 21 – Brought to You by the Letter Um.

30 Jan

This week’s episode is a great example of why I needs shownotes before podcasting – I apologize in advance for some of the ums.  My co-host this week is my cat Briggs.

Shownotes:

The skein winder in the background is from Crazy Monkey.  How sweet does that thing look?  It works even better.

I’m sending my applications in to The Fiber Frolic and The Fiber College – vendor at both, as well as an instructor application for Fiber College.

I finally began to list the White Ash Worsted I talked about in Episode 18.  As soon as I get the purple one named and photographed, it’ll be in there too.

Subscribe to Reveal, the Intention Yarns blog (or at least the mailing list) to find out when the next limited edition colorway will be available.

Next week I hope to show you my finished Master List of fibery to-dos for show season.

YouTube vs Blip.tv – do you have a preference for viewing?  Let me know!  For reference, the Knitgirllls’ podcast is done with Blip.tv.

Episode 18 – A Full Accounting

The accounting software I use is called Outright.  Check it out!

I heard about Outright from Shannon Okey’s book The Knitgrrl Guide to Professional Knitwear Design.

White Ash Worsted is going up in the shop as soon as it is dry.  Some new colorways and a couple of old favorites.  Yeay!
