Began the first fiber in the sampler I got from The Spinning Loft – Southdown. Follow along with me on the blog.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Recipe
Makes 6 dozen
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 bag Nestlé Chocolate CHUNKS. Trust me on this, they are MUCH better in these cookes than regular chips are!
Combine the ingredients, drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
Easy and SO delicious! Enjoy!
