Shownotes

Knitting:
My Wish Shawl by Laura Linneman

7″ squares for a baby blanket

and SIX OTHER PROJECTS.  I have way too much on the needles!

Spinning:

Ha!

Dyepots:

Sugar Maple Sock in motion, Limitless, Sea Glass, I Love You Every Day, Bo Peep, Old Appliances, Prism, Rare Breeds, Justified, and Bouncin’ with Brodie.  Some are custom orders, the rest will be available next week.

Growth:

Thoroughly enjoying Beyond Knit & Purl by Kate Atherly.  Will be doing a full review next week (I’m in chapter 11).

Processes:

Started dyeing for show season.  Will be “double panning” my colorways (doing six at a time instead of three) and will slowly collect until I have enough.  If there is such a thing as enough.  Looking out to new fibers/yarns to introduce… I enjoy having an in-person reaction when I launch a new base.   Am shooting for 70-80 pounds for Frolic; 100 would be killer, but I don’t know if I have the time or money for it.

Grabby Hands:

Stash Teas – www.stashtea.com – wonderful teas.  Try them!

Firefly – Netflix Instant.  Go now.  You’ll love it.  I promise!

Eardornment, etc. – Lovely etsy shop with GORGEOUS stuff.  Check them out!

Bitchin’ Becky – Get her project bags before she has to close up shop for relocation!

Just catching up on podcasts and enjoyed you this week as I always do. Love what came out of the dye pots this week so I will have some new items to watch in future shop updates.
Don’t worry, you are not alone. Caught the Firefly bug recently as well. DH and I were hooked! We just finished over the Spring break. Since you have netflix be sure to catch the movie. You are right about there not being enough episodes but it does tie up loose ends. Enjoy!
