In this episode, I show off several things and mumble on for a good eleven minutes. Among other things:
- I completed the La Vie de Bois Sock pattern, had it test knit, made the necessary changes and put it up for sale on Ravelry. I love this sock and hope you love it, too!
- The foam blocking mats I bought and told you about last time are hard at work holding a gauge swatch. They work great!
- Test skeins of yarn are all dyed up and are drying. I’ll be knitting a swatch out of one of them to show how the new dye method looks. The test skeins all have a knot in them, so if you like what you see you can score one cheap from the shop soon!
- Grabby Hands: Lusty Yarns. Seriously. Go there. Buy lots.
There is a lot more going on that I haven’t or can’t mention just yet, but soon (I hope). Stay tuned!

Heather, I adore the subtle variagation of the yarn in the swatch square. I can’t wait to learn more about it.
FYI your blocking mats may benefit from a sharpie grid to give you square guides or I have used a large check gingham fabric to cover my mats and give me a grid background.
